Ownership of goods shall not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full by A & R Aggregates Limited.

Whilst we will do our best to make deliveries on the requested date, this cannot be guaranteed.

AM/PM deliveries are a guide only and also cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery is kerbside, unless otherwise agreed with the company.

Please ensure there is adequate access for our delivery vehicle.
Should you request that the delivery vehicle leave the public highway, it is your responsibility to ensure that the access is suitable for a heavy vehicle.
The company cannot be held responsible or liable for any damages to the property during delivery arising from unsuitable access.

Please ensure delivery can be made onto a flat and solid surface.

We require a signature at the delivery location to confirm receipt of goods.
